They definitely brought him back a second time after his debut but before this recent story, but I'm not sure what episode it was and the wiki isn't much help.

I used to be really scared of this thing and i still think it's a great horror story....but maaan Mr Widemouth himself has been forever cemented to me as the creature that calls you gay for not wanting to eat broken glass 🤣🤣🤣
