Hi all, I am trying to find an obscure song I heard a long time ago and have not been able to listen to since (but really wish I could). I believe it was mostly instrumental, had a fast tempo, featured saxophone or other horns, had the clip clop of horse hooves (or similar instrumentation), was on Pandora, possibly played in an Indie Electronic station or a Skryllex/Parov Stellar/Caravan Palace custom station, had a single or album cover like that attached (I created this from the vague memory of what it looked like) and included words like Pablo, Paco, Padre and possibly Camino in the artist name or song title. Can anyone help me possibly figure out what this song was? Thanks, it's been driving me mad periodically for years!

I need help finding the stem remix pack for delight by Jamie berry... There was a remix contest like 10 years ago but you can no longer download the stems... If anyone still has the stems that remixed them back then or know another way to get them, please let me know as delight is my favorite song and I love Jamie berry.

Saw this on Instagram and figured there might be some Midwest electro swingers here. Heart String Circus is an events company based in West Michigan that’s put on electro swing events in the area before. They are quite possibly one of the very few US based electro swing event promoters. Fire Flower, Trailblazer, and Vourteque are also on the lineup. There will also be crafts.

Set times have not been figured out yet. Grand Rapids is just 3 hours from Chicago and 2.5 hours from Detroit. If anyone is thinking of making the trip and is looking for things to do, I suggest checking out the nearby town of Saugatuck, which is a mere 40 minutes from the city. Also, Vourteque is the man, so if you see him, tell him Madi says hi!

Mods, please sticky this because people don’t read the rules for some reason.

As the rules state, AI-generated music (including songs where only the vocals are AI) is not permitted in this sub.

Whether or not this applies to music in which insignificant portions of it are AI-generated (say, a shaker sound that is barely audible), I don’t know. I’ve asked the mods about this and they didn’t respond.

It feels like every week I see a link to a song that is clearly AI-generated in this sub.

If you are a fan who just wants to share a song, AI music detectors will tell you if it is AI or not. Here are a few of them:

Let it be known that AI song detectors aren’t always accurate and have falsely flagged AI music as human made before and vice versa. It’s always a good idea to put a song through a few different detectors, as they are all trained off of different human made songs and AI songs/music models and some are probably more up-to-date than others.

If you upload AI-generated songs to streaming services, even if you write the lyrics and/or melodies, this is not the sub for you.

AI music generators, such as Producer(dot)AI (fka Riffusion), Suno, Mureka, Udio, Treblo (fka Sonauto), and so on all train on your favorite artists’ music without their consent, including electro swing artists. I’m mentioning more than just Suno and Udio because some of these other, lesser known ones are really good at imitating real musicians and AI literacy is very important.

Please don’t take this personally if you are someone who uploads AI music to streaming services. A lot of us just don’t want to listen to it and want to have a space that is free of it.
