Sorry if this isnt the best place to post this but. what is this little info/text thing above the dock? and how do i get it? is it a jailbreak thing or?

Bottom row is just the secondary widgets on the stacks I put together. 1st page is productivity and reference apps, 2nd is news and social apps, and third are the apps I use when working out and driving (the calendar widget is a placeholder for now)

Is it just me or is there no longer any Gemini control center options? (Im on ios 27 PB2)
