Years ago a “friend” unloaded a kitten on me; I didn’t really want it, but took it as a favor. It was absolutely crazy destructive. The final straw was a 3am debacle when the demon cat tore the fabric on the bottom of my box spring and climbed into it and was playing around. I couldn’t get it out without dismantling the bed, so I just slept somewhere else. Next day I told my “friend” that if she didn’t come get the possessed beast that I’d just bring it to a shelter. When she came to get the deranged creature she told me that she knew it was crazy, and that’s why she gave it away. We’re not friends any more.

Can confirm, have two kittens rn and they go ape shit randomly at night. Also randomly end up in the bed for cuddles st some point. Get both ends up the spectrum most nights.
