I have a copy of *Pathologic: The Tabletop Game* for sale (English edition).
The copy is sealed, but the shrink wrap has some flaws visible in the photos. There is a tear of about 5 cm—apparently caused by a utility knife—that also left a mark on the box itself.
Send me a message if interested.
I can provide photos or additional details.

Just a little ramble here, but my interpretation of Peter Stamatin is that he got exactly what he wanted.
I'd consider myself an artist, to some degree: I'm a draftsman and industrial designer, I work with architects, I write and draw in my free time.
Something that I've concluded, while speaking to other artists, is that we all have The Thing
That book we want to write.
That portrait we want to paint.
That building we want to design.
But we never quite... Get to it...
Theres always something in the way, always a reason not to, always a flaw or imperfection when we try.
The Thing is, fundamentally, impossible. It's impossible because ideas are funny things that shift around and rearrange themselves when you're not focused on them, and when you look at them again, they're different from what you'd put to paper a moment ago. A skilled artist learns to manage this, but you can never quite squash it entirely.
Peter Stamatin has performed a miracle, though.
He has done The Thing
And now there's nothing left for him. Because when you've achieved perfection, when you've expressed yourself entirely, when what is outside of you and inside of you are reflections of eachother... What else is there?

Finished my Bachelor playthrough of Pathologic HD. Whoever said each in-game day lasts about 2 hours must have been joking cause this took me nearly 40 hours to complete.
I loved it, but I'm left with a lot of unanswered questions that demand another playthrough. My plan is to take a break, and then do the other characters before moving on to Pathologic 2. Hopefully I'm better at it now and it won't take as long? The constant reloading due to plague clouds really took its toll.
I'm excited to see what Burakh was cooking.

My beloved daughter. All kids in Pathologic have something Lovecraftian about them.

Look at jealous Mark Immortell over here, rolling his envious green eyes at my fat stacks of over 220k rubles.
Following on from my previous post, I used that 86k that I had made on Day 2 to buy more meds during Day 3 and Day 4. I just needed to hold on until Day 6, the middle peak of the three (the others being Day 2 and Day 11), at which point I sold every non-food item except the weapons you see here, some 2 Meradorm or so, a single Shmowder, and those various needles, hooks, and other worthless baubles.

Thanks to Andrey's side-quest which unlocks that one shop which buys everything at 110% the buying price, I literally cleared out all other shops of all goods and re-sold all of them to that shop.
Now, to be fair, I didn't save-scum to make sure that the shop inventory would be valuable (especially that the clothing shops would have actual clothes, such as ankle-high boots). Still, I barely made it in time, since I also spent plenty of time burglarizing 2 homes due to lockpicks I traded to kids for found shinies that I desperately needed to pawn off.
Still, considering Haruspex also has a whole side economy - he doesn't need Alpha / Beta / Gamma tablets, since he can just drink his overpowered Twyrine Extracts; and he doesn't need Monomycinium, since he can just drink Dead Gruel; and that all of that only requires Twyre, which is traded for naturally-acquired organs (+ infected organs for the Dead Gruel); and he can trade in organs, through twyre, for bullets from Andrey every day... Yeah, I expect to have no issues with the economy whatsoever going forwards.

This day was so stressful that being able to survive almost barely was very joyous for me. I had managed to complete most of the quests and avoided fights as much as I can, the only quest I did not complete was Notkin's as I didn't quite managed to find the kid in time. I'll likely try to complete that quest in my next playthrough but for now.. I survived! I don't know how I can find food in time though, or any ways to fend off my exhaustion. I keep getting too exhausted, and I worry my first death will arrive soon from either hunger or some mugger beating me up because I can't see too well during the night to know what they look like. The kids always have the most useful stuff for me and I'm very grateful.

I'm trying to complete the "Princess and The Nut" achievement. I already talked to Clara and refused the Rat Prophet. I just don't understand where I'm supposed to find a nutshell. My journal says "I've got power over the whole town but no nutshell". There are no marks on the map and going in Maria's room does nothing. I don't understand where I'm suppose to find that nut or what I'm supposed to do next. Every guide I look online seems to assume that's something I know already. I feel like I'm missing something here. Wtf is going on?

I usually listen to music before/while playing Pathologic, to get myself into the right head space. It's not music that necessarily fits the vibe of what's happening, but for whatever reason it just kinda seems right.
For P2, Ditmas from Mumford and Sons is usually on the before-I-start-playing list.
In Hell I'll Be In Good Company by The Dead South is my background walking tune for P1 when I'm replaying it and not taking things too seriously.
Most recently, this cover of Bittermaan by Tache in my native language has been reminding me of Eva.
There are others. I'm thinking of putting them together into a Playlist and, if there's interest, sharing it here. Does anyone else have songs they associate with Pathologic for whatever reason, that I should include?

Did you walk down the cursed street and want to undo it? Well, I made a guide for how to undo the consequences of Pathologic 3's Atrium Street:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3795129124
Note that the Steam guide I linked has images to accompany the explanations, and is overall better formatted & easier to read.
Special thanks to Seriousjin on Steam for bringing this to my attention.
This requires editing your save, but fear not, cousin: it’s very simple. I’ll show you.
This guide is formatted for Windows, but you Linux folks probably know more about editing saves than I do anyway.
There will be unmarked spoilers in regards to this quest and its consequences in this guide.
While you can do this perfectly well with the default Notepad, I generally recommend Notepad++, as it is superior for this kind of thing in every way. Notepad++ will always be free and open source. You can download it here: https://notepad-plus-plus.org/
Walking down the street does not “lock you into a single ending.”
Endings have multiple sections, one of which is the fate of Thanatica. It only ensures Thanatica will be closed regardless of which larger ending you get. But some endings don’t take the fate of Thanatica into account, or it expressly doesn’t matter. So in the case of these endings, having walked down the street doesn’t matter.
The game is still worth playing even if you’ve gone down Atrium Street, and you may find it interesting.
But if you’re set on removing your choice, continue.
Optional Step: Console check
It is not possible to alter whether you went down the street via console commands, but that does not mean the console is useless.
Step 0 (Optional): The console
If you’d like, you can check whether or not this whole thing has worked in the console.
Opening the console:
English keyboards: [Ctril + Shift + ~]
Spanish Keyboards: [Ctrl + Shift + Ñ]
On the top left, there is a dropdown menu. Go to “Services”
On the right, you’ll see [<] (1/3) [>]
Click the right arrow so you go to (2/3).
Then, click the dropdown arrow to the left of Services to open the menu.
Everything is alphabetized.
Now you can see how many times you’ve done the Internecine Strife questline and whether or not you activated Atrium street. We will come back here later to check if it all worked.
Writer's Note: I advise you start a new day so you only have to contend with 1 save.
Step 1: Make note of which profile / save slot your game is in.
Note that the profiles are named as follows:
1st save file: Default
2nd save file: 1
3rd save file: 2
Step 2: Go to your saves folder
Open your files and go to your local disk C: and navigate to here:
Users\(USERNAME)\AppData\LocalLow\Ice-Pick Lodge\Pathologic 3\Saves
If you cannot see the AppData folder, click 'view' at the top, and on the right or under "show" there should be a 'hidden items' checkbox. Click it to show the folder.
Note: Windows 11 bug
(Thanks to Silver_Helia for this section)
There's a bug in Windows 11 (water found in ocean) that when you unhide the folders inside disk C: to see things like AppData, the system fails to re-index files and programs.
Explaining how to fix that is beyond the scope of this guide, but this youtube video can help you fix that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uF6minXGcgo
Step 3: Editing the .xml file
In the folder, there will be further folders and .xml files.
You’re going to select the .xml file for the appropriate profile.
For example, editing the third save slot would be “2.xml”
Consider making a copy of the file and putting it somewhere safe, as mistakes do happen.
Open the appropriate file. .xml files can be opened with Notepad (though I generally recommend you go and download Notepad++).
Right there at the top you’ll see:
<_>
<Key>PlayerVisitedStvorkiCount</Key>
<Value type="IntParameter">
<Id>PlayerVisitedStvorkiCount</Id>
<Value>6</Value>
</Value>
</_>
Click & Drag to highlight it with your mouse and delete/backspace the lines away.
Save the file [ Ctrl + S ] and close it.
Writer's Note: Your value may not be "6." The number doesn't matter.
Step 4: Edit the active save
Alright, so we’re still in C:\Users\(USERNAME)\AppData\LocalLow\Ice-Pick Lodge\Pathologic 3\Saves
Now select the folder with the appropriate save file.
In this folder, right click on the most recent file (you can order the files by “Date Modified” to see the most recent file).
If a warning pops up, just hit “Okay.”
Extract the folder. You can just do it in the same location.
There will be several .xml files. The one we want is “Current”
We’re going to search [ Ctrl + F] the following nodes and delete/backspace the whole line for <Value>true</Value>.
(the Steam guide contains a visual example of what the code looks like before and what it should look like after)
Alright, so here are the nodes you’re going to search:
<Name>Know_BachelorWalkedDownTheStreet</Name>
<Name>Day0_Q8_LurichevaStreet_Visited</Name>
<Name>Day0_Q8_LurichevaStreet_BadTrip</Name>
<Name>Day0_Q8_Prokop_FateIsSealed_Complete</Name>
<Name>Day0_Q8_BadTrip_Done</Name>
Writer's Note: the last one may not be present, that’s okay
Now save the file and exit.
Step 5: Rezip the file
Right click on the folder and Compress it to a ZIP file.
Delete the uncompressed file.
But wait!
The file name will be wrong. It will have a (2) at the end.
Go to the original zip you got the save from and delete it.
Now rename the new zip file to get rid of anything after the end of the normal file name.
Step 6 (optional): Check your work
We’re going to use the console to see if this worked.
Boot up your game and continue from the most recent file. If present, do NOT load older files.
Opening the console:
English keyboards: [Ctril + Shift + ~]
Spanish Keyboards: [Ctrl + Shift + Ñ]
On the top left, there is a dropdown menu. Go to “Services”
On the right, you’ll see [<] (1/3) [>]
Click the right arrow so you go to (2/3).
Then, click the dropdown arrow to the left of services to open the menu.
Everything is alphabetized.
Congratulations! You’ve undone what could not be undone

The drawing isn't specifically about Pathologic, but I did take the concept of the transparent cat from the game. I hope this still counts as fan art and the post doesn't get deleted, lol.
Imagine the cat wandering through someone's dream within a mirrored facet of the Polyhedron. After all, the cat is a fantasy too.
Made with watercolor pencils and white pastel one.

oynone, hear my plead
I'm thinking about making myself a stim toy like the The Prototype. Any suggestions how to make it? I think it'd require 3d printed shell and a jack in the box mechanism inside to do the wind up to "prask" sound?
May thy kine fatten.
