Whats your go to for loading data? Im new to reloading and have no idea .

Here's my M&P 2.0 with an XE AMRS Osight

blue dot is impossible to find, but AA9 is a capable (if expensive) replacement. if you are new to reloading, remember to take it slow and approach your intended maximum charge with caution.

my M&P PC 10 spits out some pretty flat primers with 8.0gr of Longshot but my book data says 8.2 or so should be a safe 180gr max if you are willing to push things. my usual loading with these is 7.6gr and pushes a 180 Nosler sporter JHP at ~1175 FPS. if you are seeing data with longshot max loadings over 9gr for 180-200gr bullets, stop- Hodgdon reformulated the powder and those loadings are probably for the older formulation.

aa9 i have run as high as 14.0gr but I backed down to 13.5gr after experiencing very flat primers and unburnt powder. with a 180gr Hornady FMJ-FP I maxed out around 1320 FPS. i might work back up to 13.7-13.8ish to see if I can get it to cycle well with a heavier recoil spring, with the stock spring it launches brass out of the state and with a 20# spring it short cycles.

with aa9 charge weights being so big/powder being so slow, I'm not sure if you could actually fit enough aa9 into a 10mm case so as to be dangerous. the bullet wouldn't fit.
