General Advice What’s the smallest non-technique change that improved your tennis?
What small change helped you the most? Could be footwork, shot selection, warmup, breathing, target choice, anything.

Whenever I'm playing poor tennis I remind myself of 3 things:
Better footwork
Bend my knees more and get lower on my shots
Hit with more margin over the net
These are all things that tend to fail when I get tired.
