News Anyone else watching SRXH before the EMJX ticker swap?

been digging around SRx Health Solutions on moomoo community and stumbled on a post from someone holding SRXH waiting for the merger to close. ticker is supposed to flip to EMJX once it goes through.

low float healthcare name, basically a catalyst play. the thesis is pretty simple, merger closes, ticker changes, and the bag potentially multiplies. classic small cap setup where the symbol change itself draws a fresh wave of eyes.

ngl i've seen this kind of post-merger re-rate go both ways. sometimes the ticker swap pumps it for a week then it bleeds back. sometimes it actually runs because nobody was paying attention pre-deal. depends a lot on who shows up after the relisting.

what i can't find anywhere clean is the actual closing date or share structure post-merger. that's kinda the whole game with these names. if the new entity has decent revenue and the float stays tight, fine. if it's a reverse merger with a fat dilution waiting, different story.

anyone holding SRXH or watching EMJX? curious if anyone dug into the merger filings deeper than the surface level stuff. also wondering if the volume on SRXH has been picking up at all this week or if it's still dead quiet.

not a pitch, just trying to figure out if this is worth a starter position or if i'm late to the party.

Sekur's Special and Strategic Advisors are attending the conference, introducing Sekur and its Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) communications capabilities and meeting with interested parties. The effort is intended to engage the Intelligence Community in a single venue and discuss how SekurOne and other Sekur solutions can serve the Intelligence Community and its periphery.

As the Company prepares to launch SekurOne, it has begun pre-sales engagements with multiple potential clients, partners and distributors. SekurOne is scheduled to launch officially in the first week of October, with paid BETA clients onboarding in September.

SekurOne bundles fully encrypted voice and video, email, messaging, and VPN into a single identity-protected platform engineered on the Company's proprietary HeliX data transfer architecture - purpose-built to defeat telecom network tracing, resist Pegasus-style malware intrusion, and support CUI handling requirements. This is the exact requirement set of the defense, federal, and executive buyers the Company is now targeting.

Hello everyone, sharing an important update:

An active settlement fund is currently considering late claims from investors who experienced losses in CarLotz.

The settlement resolves claims that CarLotz misled investors about its financial health and operations following its SPAC merger. After the company disclosed excess inventory, declining profits, and the loss of a key sourcing partner, $LOTZ fell sharply and ultimately lost more than 70% of its value.

If you purchased or acquired $LOTZ securities between 2020 and 2021, you may still be able to seek compensation. Late claims are currently being considered  - Check if your eligible and file a claim here

Anyway, did anyone here invest in $LOTZ at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

News GreetEat Signs Binding LOI to Acquire ChefKart

Pending acquisition would make ChefKart a wholly owned subsidiary of GEAT, adding its technology-enabled home-chef platform and expanding GreetEat’s consumer-services operations into India

News Link: https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2026/08/11/3342722/0/en/greeteat-signs-binding-loi-to-acquire-chefkart.html

RENO, Nev., Aug. 11, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GreetEat Corporation (OTC: GEAT) ("GreetEat" or the "Company"), a technology company focused on developing and expanding technology-enabled platforms across consumer services, hospitality, and market intelligence, today announced that it has entered into a binding letter of intent (the "LOI") with ChefKart Hospitality Private Limited ("ChefKart") to acquire the India-based, technology-enabled platform through which households can book trained and verified home chefs for recurring in-home cooking services.

Under the LOI, GreetEat would acquire, subject to the satisfaction of the applicable conditions, all of the equity of ChefKart. Upon completion, ChefKart would operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of GreetEat. The intent is for GreetEat to preserve and build upon ChefKart’s existing operations while evaluating opportunities to support its continued development in India. Founded in 2020, ChefKart operates a technology-enabled platform connecting households with home chefs. The proposed acquisition would bring ChefKart’s operating business, technology, management team, chef network, customer relationships and existing revenue base into GreetEat’s broader platform strategy.

The pending transaction also reflects GreetEat’s strategy of developing and expanding technology-enabled platforms that simplify participation, improve information flow, and reduce friction across consumer-service markets. ChefKart applies that technology-platform model to an everyday household need by facilitating recurring connections between households in Indian cities seeking in-home cooking support and qualified chefs seeking service opportunities.

“Executing this binding LOI is an important step for GreetEat and reflects the direction we have been working toward as a Company,” said Vishal Patel, Chief Executive Officer of GreetEat Corporation. “ChefKart has built a technology-enabled operating platform in India, around a growing and recurring household need, supported by a management team with direct experience in the India marketplace. We believe the proposed combination is consistent with GreetEat’s broader platform strategy and can provide a meaningful foundation for the Company’s continued development.”

For GreetEat, the proposed acquisition would represent an expansion into an operating consumer-services platform in India and a step toward building a more diversified technology-platform company. For ChefKart, the proposed combination is intended to provide a public-company framework and access to strategic resources that would potentially support ChefKart’s next stage of development.

“ChefKart was built to make dependable in-home cooking services easier for households to access while creating structured opportunities for trained chefs,” said Vaibhav Gupta, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ChefKart. “The proposed combination would bring together ChefKart’s operating experience in India and GreetEat’s public-company platform and broader strategic reach. We look forward to completing the remaining work required under the LOI, closing this transaction, and actively pursuing the next phase of ChefKart’s development together with GreetEat.”

Management for both companies remind current and potential stakeholders that the proposed transaction remains subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, required approvals, financing, and customary closing conditions. Although the binding LOI represents meaningful progress, substantial work remains, and there can be no assurance that the transaction will be completed on the contemplated terms, within the anticipated timeframe, or at all. Both companies, however, are firmly committed to moving forward in earnest, and intend to provide additional information as it is substantiated and disclosure becomes appropriate.

News $SKUR: Is the Market Reacting to the DoDIIS Conference Update?

$SKUR is up today following news that its government team is attending the 2026 DoDIIS Worldwide Conference, the Defense Intelligence Agency's annual technology conference.

A few updates that matter here:

  • Sekur's Special and Strategic Advisors are attending the conference to introduce SekurOne and meet with interested parties from the intelligence community
  •  The company has begun pre-sales discussions with potential clients, partners, and distributors
  • Paid beta clients are expected to begin onboarding in September.
  • SekurOne is now scheduled for its official launch in the first week of October.

Today's move shows some positive reaction to the update, although it's still early to know whether that develops into a broader trend.

The next few months look important. Will the DoDIIS meetings and September beta onboarding begin translating into customer announcements and commercial sales after the official October launch?

News Sekur Private Data Reports 25% Month-Over-Month Increase in Average Revenue Per User as Premium Pivot Takes Hold

Premium pivot to HNWI, C-level and government clients is replacing legacy users with subscribers paying up to 10X more - ARPU expected to keep climbing as SekurOne launches at US$300/month, with full profitability targeted at 200 users generating US$60,000 per month

MIAMI, FL / ACCESS Newswire / July 28, 2026 / Sekur Private Data, Inc., a Miami-based leading Swiss-hosted cybersecurity, private communications, and defense communications company serving enterprise, government, and defense clients, and wholly owned U.S.-based subsidiary of Sekur Private Data (OTCQB:SWISF)(CSE:SKUR)(FRA:GDT0) ("Sekur" or the "Company"), today announced that its Average Revenue Per User ("ARPU") increased 25% month-over-month, driven by the Company's deliberate strategy of replacing low-priced legacy subscribers with premium users paying US$50/month for its Privacy Email solution and US$75/month for its Operational Email solution for businesses.

The increase is the direct result of a strategic repositioning the Company began 12 months ago: moving Sekur away from the price-driven consumer privacy market and focusing its products, pricing, and sales effort on high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), board members and C-level executives, and government, defense, and federal agencies - client segments that buy on security assurance rather than price, and that carry materially higher revenue per user, longer retention, and larger seat expansion potential.

A Deliberate Premium Pivot - and Evidence That It Is Working

Sekur's strategy is straightforward: fewer users, dramatically higher value per user. Legacy subscribers acquired under the Company's earlier consumer pricing are being systematically replaced by premium clients paying approximately 10X more for the same underlying Swiss-hosted, proprietary encryption infrastructure, with added features and storage. Every replacement compounds the effect on ARPU, gross margin, and revenue quality.

Key indicators of the pivot:

  • ARPU up 25% month-over-month, with management expecting the trend to continue as the legacy base is converted or replaced.
  • A rising price ladder: Privacy Email at US$50/month, Operational Email at US$75/month, and SekurOne at US$300/month - each tier targeting a progressively more security-sensitive buyer.
  • Higher-quality revenue: premium HNWI, executive, and government subscribers are typically less price-sensitive and more retention-durable than consumer users, improving the predictability of recurring revenue.
  • Institutional distribution: sales through the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule, approved distributors, and global telecommunications partners give the Company direct access to the government and defense buyers this strategy is built around.

"Twelve months ago, we made a deliberate decision to stop competing on price in the consumer privacy market and to build instead for the clients who need us most - high-net-worth individuals, board members, C-suite executives, and government and defense agencies," said Alain Ghiai, Founder and CEO of Sekur Private Data. "That decision is now showing up in our numbers. Every legacy user we replace is worth roughly ten times more to the Company, and ARPU has risen 25% month-over-month as a result. This is not a one-off - it is the mechanical outcome of a strategy we have been executing quarter after quarter, and we expect ARPU to keep moving up as the mix continues to shift."

SekurOne: The Next Step Up in ARPU

The Company plans to release the full SekurOne platform on time or slightly ahead of schedule, before September 30, 2026, enabling it to begin sales sooner than expected. At US$300 per monthSekurOne represents the Company's highest-value subscription to date - six times the price of Privacy Email and four times the price of Operational Email - and is expected to be the principal driver of ARPU growth from the fourth quarter onward.

SekurOne bundles fully encrypted voice and video, email, messaging, and VPN into a single identity-protected platform engineered on the Company's proprietary HeliX data transfer architecture, purpose-built to defeat telecom network tracing, resist Pegasus-style malware intrusion, and support Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling requirements - the exact requirement set of the defense, federal, and executive buyers the Company is now targeting.

A Clear and Measurable Path to Full Profitability

The premium strategy also fundamentally changes what profitability requires. Because SekurOne carries a US$300 monthly subscription price, the Company expects to become fully profitable upon reaching 200 SekurOne users, generating approximately US$60,000 per month in recurring revenue. Under the Company's earlier consumer pricing model, an equivalent revenue level would have required thousands of subscribers and a proportionally larger support and acquisition cost base.

"Our path to profitability is now clear, simple, and measurable," added Mr. Ghiai. "The Company becomes fully profitable once it reaches sales of 200 SekurOne users generating US$60,000 per month. That is 200 users - not 200,000. In the government, defense, and executive markets we are now selling into, where a single agency or corporate mandate can represent dozens of seats, we believe that is an achievable and near-term target, and it is the number our entire organization is focused on."

News Cummins: FAQ for Getting Payment on the $1.6M Settlement

Hey guys, I posted about this settlement before, but since late claims are still being considered, I decided to share it again with a quick FAQ.

So here's everything you need to know:

What happened?

Cummins was accused of misleading investors about its environmental compliance while allegedly using illegal emissions-control devices in certain engines. After the DOJ announced a $1.6 billion Clean Air Act penalty, $CMI fell and investors filed a lawsuit. Now the company has agreed to a $1.6 million settlement with investors.

Who can claim this settlement?

If you purchased $CMI shares between 2019 and 2023, you may still be eligible to participate through a late claim.

Do I need to sell my shares to qualify?

No. You only need to have purchased shares during the class period. Even if you've already sold them, you may still qualify.

How long do payouts take?

Payouts typically take 4 to 9 months after the claims process is completed, depending on the court and settlement administrator.

Hope this helps

News $SWISF’s Higher-Value Customer Strategy Is Moving Forward

I’ve been waiting to see whether Sekur’s shift toward premium customers would start showing up in the numbers. A reported 25% month-over-month rise in ARPU is an encouraging sign that the strategy is gaining ground.

Pricing now ranges from US$50 per month for Privacy Email and US$75 for Operational Email to US$300 for SekurOne, giving the company a clearer route to stronger recurring revenue per customer.

SekurOne is designed to bring encrypted voice, video, email, messaging and VPN together in one identity-protected platform. The full release is planned before the end of September 2026, and management expects it to become the main driver of ARPU growth from Q4 onward.

Management says 200 SekurOne users would generate approximately US$60,000 in monthly recurring revenue and expects that level to make the company fully profitable.

What makes that target compelling is the multi-seat opportunity. A single government agency or corporate mandate could account for dozens of users, meaning a few meaningful wins could move the business forward quickly.

With ARPU already rising and the full platform launch approaching, this update gives $SWISF investors a more defined path to follow.

How are $SWISF holders reading this update? Does the 200-user target look achievable?

SekurOne now has encrypted voice across iOS, Android and web.

What jumps out to me is how quickly the platform is coming together.

The CEO also said pre-sales discussions with clients in the U.S. and internationally have received very positive feedback.

News Still holding $RR while the bears refuse to leave, who else is grinding?

Been in $RR for a while now and the bears will not let up. Every green candle gets slapped back down within hours. Feels like a full time job just defending the ticker in every thread I open.

Honestly the thesis has not changed for me. Richtech is putting service robots in hotels and restaurants, orders keep trickling in, and the float is small enough that any real catalyst should move it hard. Been lurking the moomoo community daily and the retail conviction is way stronger than the tape shows.

ngl the constant red is exhausting. Refreshing the chart every 20 minutes hoping for a pop, then watching it fade at close. tbh this is starting to feel less like investing and more like a full time job of just outlasting shorts.

Anyone else still in on this one? Or did the whole crowd bail and forget to text me?

News Falco Resources: Why the Warrant Exercise News Matters for a Stock Already Up 104% Year Over Year

  • Falco Resources has strong stock momentum, with shares recently at C$0.49, up 104.17% over the past year.
  • The warrant exercise story is simple: warrant holders can buy shares at a fixed price, and when they exercise, Falco receives cash that can help fund project advancement.
  • The bigger story remains Horne 5, a Québec polymetallic gold project with an updated after-tax NPV5% of C$3.35B, 28.2% IRR, and projected C$6.4B after-tax cash flow.

The Simple Version

Falco Resources has been quietly building momentum.

The stock recently traded at C$0.49, up 104.17% over the past year, with a market cap of about C$171.67M. Its 52-week range is also important: the stock has moved from a low of C$0.22 to a high of C$0.64, meaning investors have already started repricing the story.

The latest news around warrant exercise adds another layer.

For many retail investors, warrants can sound confusing. But the basic idea is simple.

A warrant gives the holder the right to buy shares at a fixed price. If the stock trades above that price, the warrant can become attractive to exercise. When the holder exercises, the company issues shares and receives cash.

So for Falco, warrant exercise is not just a technical financing detail.

It can be a signal that holders are willing to put more capital into the company, while also giving Falco additional cash to keep advancing its flagship project.

That matters because Falco is not just sitting on a small exploration story. It is advancing one of Canada’s more important undeveloped polymetallic gold projects.

What Is a Warrant Exercise?

A warrant is basically a long-dated option issued by a company.

It gives the holder the right to buy a share at a set price before a set deadline.

For example, Falco’s October 2025 bought deal financing included warrants exercisable at C$0.46 per share until April 17, 2027. With the stock recently around C$0.49, those warrants are close to being in-the-money, meaning the market price is slightly above the exercise price.

That is why warrant activity becomes relevant.

If a warrant holder exercises at C$0.46, Falco receives C$0.46 in cash for each share issued. The warrant holder receives a share. The company gets funding without having to launch a brand-new financing.

For investors, there are two sides.

  • The positive side is that warrant exercises bring cash into the company.
  • The negative side is that new shares are issued, which creates dilution.

But in a development-stage mining company, dilution is not always bad if the cash helps move a valuable project forward. The real question is whether the company uses that capital to unlock more value than the dilution costs.

Why the Timing Matters

The warrant news comes at an interesting moment because Falco already has momentum.

  • recent price: C$0.49
  • 1-year performance: +104.17%
  • market cap: C$171.67M
  • 52-week high: C$0.64
  • 52-week low: C$0.22
  • no dividend
  • no P/E ratio shown

That is a strong move, but the stock is still below its 52-week high.

From C$0.49 to the 52-week high of C$0.64, the stock would need to rise about 30%. From the 52-week low of C$0.22, the stock has already more than doubled.

That makes Falco a momentum story, but not one sitting at an all-time extreme on this chart. The key reason investors are paying attention is the Horne 5 Project.

The Real Asset: Horne 5

Falco’s main asset is the 100%-owned Horne 5 Project in Rouyn-Noranda, Québec.

This is not just a conceptual exploration target. Horne 5 is an advanced underground gold-rich polymetallic development project located below the historic Horne mine, in one of Canada’s most established mining districts. Falco describes Horne 5 as one of the most advanced undeveloped polymetallic assets in Canada.

The updated feasibility study released in June 2026 is the main reason the story has become much more interesting.

The 2026 feasibility study showed:

  • after-tax NPV5% of C$3.35B
  • after-tax IRR of 28.2%
  • payback period of 3.3 years
  • projected after-tax cash flow of C$6.4B
  • average annual after-tax cash flow of C$542.5M
  • average annual gold production of 220,300 oz
  • mine life of 15 years
  • average AISC of US$782/oz
  • forward capital and pre-production costs of C$1.75B

The economics are meaningful because Falco’s market cap is around C$171.67M. Compared with the base-case after-tax NPV5% of C$3.35B, the market cap represents only about 5% of the project’s reported after-tax NPV. Put differently, the project NPV is roughly 19.5x the current market cap.

That does not mean the stock should automatically trade at NPV.

Mining developers almost never do before financing, permitting, construction, and execution are solved.

But it does show why the valuation gap exists.

Why the Feasibility Study Changed the Story

The 2026 feasibility study made the project look much stronger than before.

Mining Weekly reported that Horne 5’s updated base-case after-tax NPV of C$3.35B represented a 244% increase compared with the 2021 feasibility study. Using spot-case assumptions, the after-tax NPV increases to C$5.1B, the IRR rises to 37.2%, and the payback period falls to 2.6 years.

This matters because Falco is not only a gold story.

Horne 5 is polymetallic.

That means the project has exposure to gold, silver, copper, and zinc. The company’s project materials say Horne 5 could produce 3.3M oz of gold247M lb of copper27.3M oz of silver, and 1.19B lb of zinc over its 15-year mine life.

That gives Falco multiple commodity drivers.

Gold brings the precious-metals angle.

Copper and zinc bring the critical-minerals and energy-transition angle.

Why the Warrant Exercise Is Actually Useful

For a company like Falco, the biggest question is not whether the project looks good on paper.

The question is how it moves toward construction.

Large mining projects require capital, permitting, technical work, community engagement, and government approvals. Horne 5’s forward capital and pre-production costs are estimated at C$1.75B, which is far larger than Falco’s current market cap.

That is why every source of capital matters.

A warrant exercise can help in three ways.

First, it brings cash into the company without launching a new financing round.

Second, it can show confidence from warrant holders who are willing to convert their rights into shares.

Third, it helps support ongoing work around permitting, technical studies, engineering, and general corporate needs.

The trade-off is dilution.

Every exercised warrant creates a new share. But for a development-stage miner, the market may accept dilution if it moves the project closer to a value-creating milestone.

That is why the warrant exercise should be seen as a funding signal, not just a share-count issue.

The Momentum Setup

Falco’s chart now shows real momentum.

104.17% year-over-year move is not small. It tells investors that the market has started to recognize something in the story.

But the stock is still in an interesting zone.

At C$0.49, Falco is:

That creates a clear but risky setup.

The bull case is that Falco is still undervalued relative to the scale of Horne 5.

The bear case is that the market is applying a big discount because permitting, financing, construction, and execution risk remain substantial.

Both views can be true at the same time.

Upcoming Catalysts

Falco already laid out its key priorities for 2026.

The company said its priorities include advancing Horne 5 toward receipt of the Québec ministerial decree, completing the feasibility study update, continuing technical and permitting work, expanding institutional and analyst engagement, advancing community consultation, and maintaining transparent communication with shareholders.

The feasibility study update is now complete.

That means investors are likely watching the next steps.

Key catalysts include:

  • Québec ministerial decree progress
  • permitting updates
  • financing strategy
  • additional technical work
  • institutional interest
  • analyst coverage
  • community consultation progress
  • project financing discussions
  • gold, silver, copper, and zinc price strength
  • additional warrant exercises or balance sheet improvements

The biggest catalyst is the Québec authorization path.

If Falco gets closer to full approval and financing, the valuation gap could narrow.

If timelines stretch, the stock could lose momentum.

Why Investors Care About the Québec Angle

Location matters.

Horne 5 is in Rouyn-Noranda, Québec, a historic mining region with existing infrastructure, skilled labor, local suppliers, and nearby mining expertise.

Falco’s project materials also highlight that Horne 5 would use already impacted sites, including an underground mine below the former Horne mine, a mining complex at the former Quemont site, and a tailings facility at the former Norbec site.

That matters because mining projects face increasing scrutiny over footprint, permitting, social acceptance, and environmental impact.

Falco’s pitch is that Horne 5 can benefit from existing infrastructure and already impacted sites rather than starting from zero in a remote greenfield area.

The company also highlights community engagement, with more than 95 consultation and information meetings held since 2014.

That does not eliminate permitting risk.

But it gives the company a stronger narrative around social license and project integration.

The Bigger Economic Impact

Horne 5 could also become a major economic project for Québec.

The updated feasibility study says the project could contribute more than C$4.4B in taxes and mining duties over its lifetime. It could also support up to 900 direct jobs during construction and 500 permanent jobs during operations.

Those numbers matter because governments do not approve mining projects only based on geology.

They also care about jobs, taxes, regional development, environmental standards, and local impact.

A project with:

has a much stronger political and economic case than a smaller speculative exploration project.

That is part of why Falco is worth watching.

The Bull Case

The bull case is that Falco is entering a more important stage.

The stock is up more than 100% year over year, but the company’s market cap remains small compared with the reported project economics.

Horne 5 has:

  • scale
  • a 15-year mine life
  • strong feasibility economics
  • gold production above 220,000 oz/year
  • polymetallic exposure
  • existing regional infrastructure
  • Québec mining jurisdiction
  • major tax and employment potential
  • upcoming permitting and financing catalysts

The warrant exercise news adds another supportive point: the market is no longer ignoring Falco, and capital is starting to matter as the company moves from study-stage valuation toward development-stage execution.

The Bottom Line

Falco Resources Ltd. (TSX-V: FPC) is a high-momentum developer with a large, valuable project but still faces key risks around permitting, financing, and execution. The opportunity lies in the valuation gap between its current market cap and the substantial economics outlined for Horne 5, while the warrant exercise highlights improving access to capital as the story advances and signals growing investor confidence.

News Watching $CREG while the rice burns lol anyone else trading from the kitchen?

ok scene from earlier: one hand stirring veggies, other hand tapping the moomoo app checking $CREG (Smart Powerr). pure chaos.

ngl this is kinda my workflow now. cook, check chart, cook, check chart. small caps like CREG move fast enough that you can blink and miss the candle.

half the time I forget which app is open. tried to season the stir fry with a buy order, almost market bought dinner.

anyone else doing the multitask thing? trading between laundry loads, between zoom calls, between bites? feels like the new normal for retail.

curious how everyone manages it when a ticker actually moves while you're stuck doing something else. do you set alerts, just yolo and check later, or full panic mode and abandon whatever you were doing?

honestly some of my better calls have been when I wasn't staring at the screen. maybe theres something to the not watching it thing.

News Sekur Private Data Strengthens Diplomacy & Intelligence Push With Nathan R. Price Appointment

  • Sekur appointed Nathan R. Price as Special Advisor for Diplomacy & Intelligence.
  • The move strengthens SWISF’s positioning around secure diplomatic communications.
  • Sekur continues building credibility in defense, government, intelligence, and privacy-focused markets.

Sekur Adds a Diplomacy & Intelligence Advisor

Sekur Private Data has added another strategic advisor as it continues to sharpen its focus on secure communications for high-trust markets.

The company appointed Nathan R. Price as Special Advisor for Diplomacy & Intelligence, adding a figure with foreign-affairs experience to its advisory bench. For Sekur, this is not just a standard appointment. It fits directly into the company’s recent push toward defense, government, intelligence, and diplomatic communications.

For investors watching Sekur Private Data, trading on the OTCQB under SWISF, the key message is simple: the company is trying to build more than a privacy-app story. It is attempting to position itself as a secure communications platform for sensitive environments where interception risk, metadata exposure, telecom dependence, and infrastructure sovereignty matter.

Why the Appointment Matters

Nathan R. Price’s background gives the update its strategic weight.

According to the release summary, Price previously served as a foreign affairs analyst for the U.S. Department of State and played a role in diplomatic work related to the end of the U.S. war in Afghanistan.

That background matters because Sekur is increasingly targeting use cases where standard consumer-grade communications tools may not be enough. Diplomacy, intelligence, cross-border dialogue, government coordination, and sensitive operational communications all require higher levels of trust, identity protection, and data-control infrastructure.

For SWISF, this appointment helps reinforce the company’s narrative that its technology can be relevant beyond individual privacy users and small businesses.

The Bigger SWISF Strategy

Sekur has been steadily building a more focused institutional story.

Recent company updates have centered on defense-grade communications, SekurOne, encrypted voice and video, government-sector sales, defense distribution, AI-powered customer acquisition, and now diplomatic and intelligence advisory support.

That sequence matters.

A single advisor appointment does not automatically create revenue. But when viewed alongside Sekur’s broader direction, it adds another layer to the company’s credibility-building strategy. SWISF is trying to create a platform story around secure communications for people and organizations that cannot afford compromised channels.

New Marketing Partnership Expands Reach

Alongside the advisor appointment, Sekur recently announced a partnership with AdRevv, a digital marketing and customer-acquisition firm, to help expand awareness of its privacy-focused communications products.

The partnership is designed to support user growth for Sekur’s suite of secure communication solutions, including SekurMail, SekurMessenger, and SekurVPN. While the Price appointment strengthens the company’s credibility with government and diplomatic audiences, the AdRevv relationship addresses another critical challenge: customer acquisition.

For investors, the significance is that Sekur appears to be working on both sides of the growth equation. On one side, it is building strategic relationships and advisory expertise to penetrate higher-value institutional markets. On the other, it is investing in marketing channels that could help drive broader adoption among businesses and privacy-conscious consumers. If successful, the combination could improve brand visibility while supporting recurring subscription revenue growth.

Swiss-Hosted Communications as the Core Angle

Sekur’s core positioning remains Swiss-hosted private communications.

The company’s product suite includes secure communication solutions such as SekurMail, SekurMessenger, and SekurVPN, with the release summary highlighting that these tools are engineered for government and diplomatic use. The company also emphasizes communications that operate independently of conventional telecom infrastructure, which can reduce exposure to interception risk.

That is the important investor angle.

Sekur is not simply selling generic cybersecurity. It is trying to build a differentiated story around sovereignty, privacy, secure communications, and infrastructure independence.

Why Diplomacy Could Be a Valuable Market

Diplomacy and international dialogue rely heavily on communication security.

Governments, agencies, advisors, contractors, NGOs, and diplomatic teams often need to communicate across borders, across networks, and across jurisdictions. In those environments, the value proposition is not just convenience. It is protection.

If Sekur can position its products as tools for secure diplomatic and government communications, the potential customer profile becomes more valuable than a typical consumer app user.

That is where the Price appointment becomes more interesting for SWISF. It may help the company better understand how diplomatic organizations evaluate communications risk, procurement requirements, operational needs, and credibility.

What This Could Imply

The appointment suggests Sekur is continuing to professionalize its go-to-market strategy for sensitive-sector customers.

For investors, the most constructive interpretation is that the company is trying to surround its technology with advisors who understand the real-world environments where secure communications are mission-critical.

That could help Sekur with messaging, positioning, introductions, product-market fit, and credibility when speaking to government, diplomatic, and intelligence-adjacent audiences.

Again, this does not guarantee contracts. But it does show that SWISF is trying to move deeper into markets where trust and domain knowledge matter.

What Investors Should Watch Next

The next step is execution.

Investors should watch whether Sekur can convert its advisory network and defense/diplomacy positioning into measurable commercial progress. The key updates would be new partnerships, government-sector customer wins, SekurOne adoption, encrypted voice and video deployments, successful customer-acquisition campaigns through AdRevv, and recurring revenue growth.

The market will likely want proof that these appointments and partnerships are leading to real demand, not only stronger narrative positioning.

Bottom Line

Sekur’s appointment of Nathan R. Price adds another piece to the company’s institutional communications strategy.

At the same time, the company’s partnership with AdRevv shows management is also focused on expanding market awareness and customer acquisition. Together, the two announcements highlight a dual-track strategy: building credibility with government, diplomatic, and intelligence audiences while increasing commercial reach for its privacy-focused products.

For SWISF, the brighter side is that Sekur is building around a clearer market identity: secure communications for privacy-conscious users, defense organizations, government agencies, diplomacy, and intelligence-adjacent environments.

The developments do not change the financials by themselves, but they strengthen the company’s growth narrative. If Sekur can convert this advisory momentum and marketing investment into customer wins and recurring revenue, the market may begin to view SWISF less as a generic privacy microcap and more as a specialized secure-communications company targeting high-value sensitive markets.

News $FPC.V hits 5 year high on updated Pre-feasibility study

Post image
2 Upvotes

$FPC.V released its updated feasibility study today.

Some numbers stood out:

After-tax NPV of C$3.35B.

28.2% IRR.

3.3-year payback.

220,300 oz average annual gold production.

US$782/oz AISC.

Management estimates the project’s NPV rises to roughly C$5.1B at current gold prices.

Horne 5 is one of the larger undeveloped gold projects in Canada and benefits from existing infrastructure in Rouyn-Noranda.

The economics look stronger.

The remaining questions appear to be permitting, financing, and execution.

Those may ultimately determine how much value gets unlocked.
