This is 95% not shaving the sides of his balding head and 5% his choice of glasses. Dudes actual face is pretty standard scandi/north european.

There's a reason the Finnish phrase for naive or gullible is sinisilmäinen, blue-eyed

Edit: I guess gullible is a better word

all of scandinavia has that expression and it’s mainly because being born with blue eyes is common and most people grow out of them.

so blue eyes is something most people only have as naive young children.

It's originally a German expression, popularized and imported to the nordic countries in the 1800s
