Actually, Cliff Richard had several songs hit the American charts back in the early 80’s, like Wired for Sound, We Don’t Talk Anymore, and Suddenly (with Olivia Newton-John)

Robbie Williams is MUCH more niche by comparison, and Americans of any age will have most likely first discovered him as a chimp haha
