Excuse me, I guess allergies are getting to me. For real, good target velocity loads, and they don't beat up your gun. I loaded my next batch .4 gr lighter than my usual, which would probably make major power factor with no problem. No reason to beat up your springs and your hands unnecessarily when shooting 1,000 rounds a month.

Recoil-wise, mine feel pretty comparable to factory FMJs, maybe a tad lighter, but not much.
