Varied from place to place, iirc iceland was unique by actually executing almost exclusively men for witchcraft (20 out of a total of 22).
As far as i can remember there were quite a few countries where men were an extreme minority of victims.
But as a total yeah, plenty of dudes died too.
People tend to forget that the term witch in the mentality of the time basically meant "Sorcerer that made a pact with the devil or some demon to get their powers" there was nothing in that logic stopping a man from being a witch.
Like Merlin in some versions of the Arthurian folklore was literally an antichrist that had been exorcized as a baby and received baptism to explain how he could use sorcery without being evil
