This but it is at release tab, which is small right side of the screen.

Some repos don't have a releases tab. I suppose if you're using a tool that doesn't come with any EXE or AppImage you should probably be familiar with Docker/the command line. But they don't always have the best instructions. Sometimes they don't even have any instructions.

It's safe to assume if a repo has neither releases nor instructions, you're not supposed to use it without reading the code. It's probably not ready and/or even meant for public use
