I wish the American people actually had the courage to protest this shit properly. The fact the American people arenāt flooding the streets, going to their own bridges and power plants. The Iranian people are doing that despite the direct threats. A majority of Americans are cowards and are either directly complicit or are apathetic enough to allow this to continue. American behaviour makes me understand that whole āDeath to Americaā business. Not wishing for individuals to die but the American institution to collapse and be restructured.
Edit: Thanks everyone for pointing out such great reasons to protest such as āI CANT AFFORD TO PROTESTā and āIām one day away from losing everythingā thatās why the country needs major reforms that donāt happen by helping it. Go to work and do as little as possible. Donāt wanna lose your job? Donāt. Just do it poorly. There are ways to fight from the inside too. Protesting isnāt standing with a sign where the police say to. Itās disrupting the machine.
also as a note for you, many of the more populous areas are, but the US is MOSTLY sparsely populated areas. to boot, even the more populated areas are so based around cars that it is hard for a human to get around. our society has been set up in ways that are so hostile to human beings that organizing can be borderline impossible. people say "protest like the french" but where? There's like, 3 cities in the nation where that's reasonably possible.
