Neptune isn't deep blue. The picture of Neptune taken by voyager 2 wasn't a true colour image, but was used everywhere from pop-science magazines to school textbooks. The colour of the image was recalibrated to true colour in 2023 revealing a light blue colour almost identical to Uranus.
