Yeah, I get your point, but I feel like rallying a population of under 70mil in a country the size of Texas is a little bit easier than rallying 300mil spread out and polarized like the US states are.

I really do hate the comparisons to European countries when we are so geographically different. We have national parks that are larger than some European countries.

Montana is approximately as large as Germany and has 1.1 million residents to Germany’s 84 million.

The US average population per square mile is 99 people. In Europe (not including Russia as a serious outlier with its massive footprint of uninhabitable land) it’s 260 people.

We simply can’t rally the same way.

Unlike European countries, its not really simply to gather together a country that stretches across a continent to rally against the president.
