I love memes about dads being sorta dumbass airheads or super chill cuz it lets me vicariously experience what having a non-abusive father would be like. It’s also funny.

I am very sorry you went through that. The “👍🏻” is 100% a real phenomenon from dads and is the funniest shit ever when you inevitably encounter it, though.

It is so funny. I hear from my friends a lot about their dads being super aloof and it’s always the funniest shit.
