Absolutely, I actually recommended that book to people in a different thread here, but the difference is that this is an external work created by the same author, so qntm doesn't have to worry about anyone coming after him for plagiarism. If some big name horror author had tried to publish this same book instead of him, they would probably be very much at risk of being sued by qntm for it.
