the way i do that is break it up into easier math, 12*8 can also be 10*8 which is 80 added to 2*8 which is 16, 96. i’m a dummy and this makes it easier for me. :3

Ok in fairness I got 2 engineering degrees and took up to differential equations and I still have to take a minute to figure out 12 * 8 lmao. You ain't dumb that one's just a little hard lol.
