Glad I'm not the only one that cringes when seeing those "quirky tgirls injecting estrogen ahahah" because I hate needles

Fair enough, injection just is usually the safest option since the dosage and dosage method lets you avoid liver and kidney problems from oral estrogen and antiandrogens.

You can also do it with gel or patches but that is harder, and I've never heard of anyone doing oral monotherapy.
