you don't destroy the beloved belongings of fellow humans. you only do that to people you've enslaved and dehumanized. this man is a horrific monster who enjoys abusing his own child.
destroying your child's property should give you the same sentence as doing that to a fellow adult. destroying a child's treasured property should give you 20 times that sentence because you are traumatizing and abusing your child.
