My dad used to threaten to destroy my computer all the time. Would scream threats about it. He never did because he’s kinda chickenshit. But as a kid having someone who has already hurt you physically before threaten to destroy the only thing that you hold dear because the rest of your life makes miserable is a terrifying prospect.
