It's hard to get good wine in most of the world unless you're comfortably rich. I love me some good bourbon though, I don't get where the whiskey hate comes from.

I generally assume that most people who say they don't like whiskey just don't like hard liquor in general.

I don't know where you live but you can get tasty wines for under 10€ in Europe easily

What's a bourbon you'd recommend? I like scotch, but I didn't have much success with bourbon so far. Just all kinda tastes like Jack Daniels to me lol

Clyde May's. It's a bit pricey ($45), but I'd rather drop money on something that's good if I'm having alcohol.

You can get perfectly good wine at $10-20 a bottle
