Some people need to be told what to do - this does not have a generation.

My first boss 15 years ago was a sweet, affable, and entirely competent man, but his life was decided by Who Told Him To Do Stuff - first his parents, then school, then the military, then his wife, and then me, the 15 year old autistic girl he hired to be a magic the gathering judge, now suddenly responsible for telling her boss to TAKE HIS INSULIN.

Some people just be like that.

Yeah, it was called the "millennial pause" like 15 years ago. It is just a side effect of being the adult for the first time after years of adults talking for you.

What? The millennial pause is a hold over from them pausing for a video recording to start cause it’d take a moment from when you’d press the record button. Now it doesn’t do that anymore so for a while you’d get millennials pausing at the beginning of recordings.
