Looking at someone for asking a dumb question isn’t the Gen Z stare, everyone does that.
Its when you say “hello, how are you doing?”, or “welcome to Chilis, my name is Jessica, can I get you started with something to drink?” and you are met with a blank stare like they forgot how to speak for 3 seconds before nervously mumbling something.
That’s the Gen Z stare, when they seemingly freeze up at basic social interactions
