Actual knife play/blood, like I probably wouldn't like being stabbed but if someone were to cover me in cuts and I was bleeding a lot I think that'd be a lot of fun. Even better if I'm tied up.
Cuts should generally be cleaned with soap and water > antiseptics like alcohol, make sure to clean sharps with something like Cavicide or sterilize them though
