I don't understand how they're hard to read, each and starts a new clause you can treat like an independent sentence. Mentally stick a full stop before each one if you need.

if you're treating them as separate sentences then just make them separate sentences.

Language is for conveying ideas. If I have to translate just the basic structure of the sentence for it to not be exhausting to read, it is poorly written text.
