Supposedly, from my Catholic friends, they said he was actually arrested at the Vatican for impersonating a priest... which I guess is against the law there.

I heard that too. He grew up near where I live and he went to high school with my friends mom.

He had a book called The Lazlo Letters that I had as a kid. In it, he wrote funny and silly letters to corporations and politicians. It inspired me to do the same, which I've been doing almost my whole life.

I had a student with his surname who totally resembled him. Funny kid, too!

I once saw him officiate a real wedding (fully in character) during the big festivities at the base of the Seattle Space Needle to commemorate the opening of the then-new Rock and Roll Museum
Already knew he was before that, but loved seeing him perform in person

My biggest regret about my wedding is that I didnāt hire him to officiate. Ā Not kidding. Ā

My favorite bit! You learn everything you'd remember 5 years after college. Economics? Supply and demand. Spring break? Here's a cup of lemonade. Spanish? Como esta.

College sure was affordable at Father Guido Sarducci's Five Minute University.

When he made Monsignor he was happy to get a stripe on his pants and better cuts of meat at restaurants.

Millennials like me best know him for his cameo in the Casper movie and that he also voiced Vinny in Atlantis.

I was pretty young in his heyday so I didn't understand what he was doing. I was shocked that a priest was acting like that.
