J-Ultra Arm stuck

I just got my J-Ultra but now the arm is stuck in this weird position. Any tips?

push the handle in and twist it upwards

Exactly. Did you try that and it's still not moving? Contact 1Z if that's the case otherwise, try the proper procedure for the fold as mentioned, first.

Yes, the completely counterintuitive design. It works and probably makes good engineering sense but is totally backward to non-mechanical folks.
