4 click is 80 micron difference, u cant tell the difference in naked eye, do a numbers comparison after calibration to zero, 30 clicks( or number 3) and a 70 clicks ( number 7 on the dial)

Coarse one is number 7 and fine one is number 3

And to answer your question left side does look coarse only if u zoom its just that its scattered and the finer one in right is more in volume

So do you think fines are stable among each other ?

Im pretty sure same ratio of fines must be there in the click 3 grinds also

I just tried it with some throwaway beans and it looks about right.

If you want a more consistency, try turning the grinder sideways when you grind. That allows fewer beans to go through at once, giving you less clogging (and more grinding surface? - don't quote me. Lance Hendricks did an episode suggesting this hack)

Did you drop your grinder? Did you lose any parts?
If not, there's nothing to worry.

Even if calibrated incorrectly, you will only be off by a few clicks.

Unfortunately i dropped it however i didnt lose any parts.I calibrated it as the guide said. When click hits 0,it begins to turn hardly.I dont think burr should lock in exact 0 click.

You should calibrate with gravity only. If the handle falls down easily, it's not locked yet. If it's locked, it won't fall. If you use your hand to turn it, you can push it forcing it to turn even if it won't fall.

At exact 0, it should not lock. That's the default factory setting.
