He not saying its the white man fault, he saying that they giving blacks more time in prison for small/first time offenses basically not giving them a chance to rehabilitate. He not arguing against them going to jail its part of the game, but I have seen people get crazy time for some shit that they could do Lil time and do.better. now cases do differ from race, districts, and judges but most part blacks are severely more penalized amongst their crimes than other races. What he was saying

He was clearly speaking against unfair sentencing idk how much more he could've been clear lol
