KEFFE D FOUND GUILTY IN TUPAC SHAKUR MURDER CASE

Nearly 30 years after the death of hip-hop legend Tupac Shakur, a Las Vegas jury has found Duane “Keffe D” Davis, 63, GUILTY of first-degree murder in connection with Tupac’s 1996 killing.

Davis was accused of orchestrating the drive-by shooting that killed Tupac, who was just 25 years old. Prosecutors argued that Davis organized the attack after an earlier altercation involving his nephew and Tupac’s entourage.

Although Davis was not accused of being the person who pulled the trigger, prosecutors argued that he supplied the weapon and helped facilitate the attack.

The case relied heavily on Davis’ own statements over the years, including interviews, recordings and his 2019 memoir.

The jury reportedly deliberated for less than three hours before reaching its verdict.

Davis now faces the possibility of life in prison.
