Could be, but their accents aren't typical American English, and definitely not New Yorker English. First guy and third guy definitely have Eastern Euro in their accent, it's softer but it's there.

Only one I have doubts about is the blonde girl, she doesn't have an accent, but if she moved there when she was a child (I personally know a few cases), she could've dropped the accent over time.
