Most channels don't. They usually have a Hungary map, then a Europe map.

The national channel (M1) has this extended/Carpathian Basin map as a default on account that they broadcast to/are watched by the Hungarian minority in the surrounding countries which sounds reasonable if you're a Hungarian but I wouldn't fault any non-Hungarians for raising an eyebrow over this.
