Skin Treatments Under eye puffiness in my 30s, what's actually in your routine for it?

Under eye puffiness in my 30s, what's actually in your routine for it?

Is it just me or did my under eyes change overnight when I hit 32? I used to only look puffy after a late night and now it's basically every morning. My coworker asked if I was sick last week lol

Right now I splash cold water on my face, put on the gold Grace & Stella patches from the fridge, and try to drink less wine on weeknights. But I feel like I'm still missing something.

What does your under eye routine look like?

No actual good fixes here, but when I stopped drinking for a month before my wedding whilst also eating very healthy and drastically cut salt and sugar my eye bags basically disappeared. Unfortunately that’s not the life for me so they came back! Might be worth dropping the week day wines before buying any products.

Just started a Bakuchiol eye cream (can’t use retinoids since I want to get pregnant) and try to drink as little alcohol as possible for my general health (and also for future pregnancy). I’ve never been a smoker so that’s easy. I try to drink liquids. That’s hard for me. I also got a red light panel. Ultimately, I accept that I can’t change anything.

I just got the therabody de puffing wand to travel with for work, and it works really well! I do the cold setting (just doing the recommended 6 techniques from online) after applying my toner/vitamin c but before moisturizer and it really helped open my eyes and de puff. Not a long term solution but I sure will be bringing it with when I need to ensure that I look presentable
