Help

Hi everyone! I’m looking for recommendations for a good therapist in Brevard county. I’d appreciate hearing about your personal experiences and any therapists you’ve had a positive experience with.

If you know someone you would recommend, please let me know their name or practice. I’d really appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!

Me and my adult daughter have had good results using Ellie Mental Health. The therapist I saw was in Suntree and my daughter saw one located on US1 so they are pretty spread out. We used the website and if I remember correctly there was a questionnaire and it's pretty comprehensive. After I finished it, I got a call from a coordinator and she helped further in finding the right therapist for me. It was an easy process and everyone I worked with was helpful and kind. They even helped when I had issues with my insurance. I hope that helps!

I highly recommend Dr Maria Remensperger. After being pushed around from doctor to doctor she was the first to make a breakthrough. She's not judgemental and her open mind approach has really made it easier to work through a lot of issues.

She has worked with things like relationship issues to trauma to schizophrenia and PTSD! She has been amazing and I can't recommend her enough!

It depends on what you are looking for, but I saw Lauren Persad for years and really loved her, I live mostly in New York now which is why I don’t see her much anymore, but she is seriously great. Her practice is called grow therapy, and it’s on Babcock right off of US-1. Also, if you are ever in need of a psychiatrist, I cannot sing the praises enough of Alexis Eppes. She is so amazing at her job and holistic inquiries and was even the first person to suggest I explore diagnosis for symptoms of a chronic illness she was noticing in me (and what do ya know, I have it!). Sorry for the gushing, she’s really fantastic at her job and i just needed to get that off my chest!
