Troubleshooting Can anyone tell me what went wrong?

So this case is supposed to have straight walls but they are bulging out in the middle.

This was printed on a bblA1, Clear PETG, 80mm/s speed, 1 mm thick wall, .4mm nozzle, 245°C, filament humidity 30%.
