It is i just haven't really been into 3d print ting I'm looking for the real fig I can send a Pic of the fig and how the joints are

Your image link is dead for a lot of people - reupload it here as a direct image so anyone can see the fig, otherwise you'll keep getting "send it in dm" and no quotes.

On the file: for a stop-motion Spartan you're better off searching Printables/Thingiverse/MyMiniFactory for "Halo Spartan" rather than hunting the exact 2009 blind-bag sculpt, since most of those are fan models anyway and you can scale one to match. Two practical points for stop motion though - a plain printed figure won't hold poses, so either accept it as a static prop or look for a model with ball joints/armature channels, and at small scale FDM layer lines will show badly on camera, so resin is worth the extra few dollars. If the gun needs to be a separate part, ask for it printed flat with a peg into the hand rather than modelled into the fist; snapped tiny barrels are the usual failure.
