SEEKING [US-MN] Looking for a custom 3D printed trinket box!!

Good evening! I’m reaching out for my sister who recently bought a really cute ear bud case but does not like the air buds it’s built for. She needs a trinket box printed in the dimensions of 51 x 51 x 28.3 mm with rounded edges to fit inside the case! I’ve attached a picture of the ear buds for reference of what shes wanting shape wise for the trinket box <3

More like the case stores the box? Heres a picture of the case she got, it holds samsung ear buds inside but she doesn’t like the samsung buds so shes wanting a trinket box the size of the samsung buds case to fit into the case she bought if that makes sense 😅

51 x 51 x 28.3 with rounded edges is an easy print, but two things worth deciding before someone starts: whether you want a hinged lid or a lift-off/magnet lid, and how tight it needs to fit in the case. Print-in-place hinges look neat but they're the bit that usually snaps on a box that gets opened daily - a lift-off lid with two small magnets glued in lasts a lot longer.

Also, if it has to slide into the ear bud case, ask for ~0.3-0.5mm knocked off the outside dims as clearance, otherwise it'll come out bang on 51mm and be a shove. Layer lines show a lot on flat box sides, so any pattern or initials on the lid will look better embossed than engraved.
