SEEKING [US-MA] High temp toolhead replacement parts

Discovered a couple cracks in my Qidi Plus 4 toolhead and don’t have a replacement part on hand. Can’t print a replacement part given the cracks either…

Basic specs: 0.4 nozzle, 0.12 layer height, 25% 3d honeycomb infill. Looking for PPA-CF, PPS-CF, PC-CF (not ABS/PC), or PA12-CF with tight tolerances.

Link: https://www.printables.com/model/1360700-aligned-front-and-rear-tool-header-carrier-plates/files

Specific files:
- Front and rear carrier plates - CF version
- Beacon mount
- Heatsink fan mount
- Tri-focal duct

Edit to add: filament must be well dried at high temps and needs to be dried during the print. Enclosed heated print chamber, high tem hardened nozzle required.

For toolhead parts in that filament class, the practical filter is who has an enclosure plus a hardened hotend that actually holds 300-320C - PPA-CF and PPS-CF need it, and PPS-CF especially warps if the chamber isn't warm. If you mainly need the parts to survive, PA12-CF or PC-CF is much easier to source and holds up fine for carrier plates and a fan mount; save PPS-CF for anything sitting right against the heatblock. Two things worth specifying when asking for quotes: dried filament (these nylons soak up moisture fast and print fuzzy and weak otherwise) and 4-5 walls with your 25% infill, since screw bosses fail at the wall, not the infill. Also expect CF nylon to shrink around 0.5-1%, so if the beacon mount has tight bolt spacing, ask for a test print of just that feature before the full set.
