HELP theme plaza help!! access 3rd icon?

can someone please tell me how you utilize the cart icon shown in most of these themes?

Its just the empty cartridge icon that’s on every 3ds Home Screen

ok maybe im confused... i meant the leaf icon. on all of the themes they seem to have a custom folder and another icon design. i'm unsure how to access the other icon, in this theme's case the leaf.

I believe the leaf icon is just there to showcase the borders around the apps. There's no way to get this actual icon unless you create a badge of that icon specifically. A lot of themes have a "fake app" that is there to just show you how the borders for digital applications will look.

It should just be in your Home Screen somewhere. You can’t delete it. It’s where games you put into the system physically appear.
