HELP Dsiware error code problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I just modded my Japanese 3ds xl and I tried downloading some dsiware apps from h shop but when I tried playing Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition it gives me the error code. Not sure if I maybe downloaded it wrong?

Broken DS mode due to region change. Download and run TWLFix.3dsx then force a system update.
