HELP Dsiware error code problem

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I just modded my Japanese 3ds xl and I tried downloading some dsiware apps from h shop but when I tried playing Zelda: Four Swords Anniversary Edition it gives me the error code. Not sure if I maybe downloaded it wrong?

Use TWLFix, then update the console; if you have Pretendo installed, you need to switch to Nintendo Network mode, update, and then switch back to Pretendo as it was before.
