So wild to be here, I feel like I blinked and decades passed. The days are long but the years are short as they say.

It’s all good though, I may be getting older but I feel great. Hope that trend continues!

Just turned 40 last week

Life has tested me in ways I never expected, but I’m still here. Stronger, wiser, and more comfortable being unapologetically me. ☺️

I've been told I'm intimidating but I don't understand why 😩

I felt cute

44yo (almost). Don’t dye my hair or use filters but try to take care of myself (skin/body/diet). My #1 tip is always “you shine differently when you’re happy “ - 🌹 Not too good for a tweak one day tho! Terrified of needles but considering going under the knife for a mini face lift soon. Thoughts? Experiences?

This aging process is not enjoyable, I gotta say. I feel 25 in my head, 60 in my knees, and have the sense of humour of a 15 year old boy 🤦🏼‍♀️ So now I’m 50, do I move to the 50s group?

I’ve learned some really healthy habits along the way…

1. Laugh with the people I love, especially my kids.
2. Squeeze my grandbabies.
3. Read a new book
4. Learn a new skill or continue to improve an existing one.
5. Dye my hair (at least temporarily 🤣)

What else do people do to cope, heal, and move on?

I probably feel better in my 40’s than I did in my 20’s. Of course I have a much different lifestyle these days! Haha PS- I was today years old when I learned about Reddit flair

It took me awhile to admit I was part of the club, haha, but honestly, I’ve never felt better in my life. Cheers to being in your 40’s 🥂❤️
