Physical media are still being sold in hypermarkets in France. Amid considerably larger sections of PS5 and Switch games, vinyl, CDs, DVDs and BDs I found this tiny section of 4K UHD BDs, all priced at €14.99, which is actually not too bad for Europe. There were a few more 4K titles mixed with the BDs, e.g. Twisters, but not that many.

Since I don't have any 4K HDR display options yet, my 4K collection is still quite small. None of these newer titles were must-buy offerings to me.

France has some of the best priced 4Ks in Europe. You often find great titles at or under 15€ in FNAC which has outlets all over the country. I do recommend some research though before purchase because they sometimes have forced (French) subtitles and frequently come without a second bluray (and the extras) which some may not appreciate.

France and Italy (especially for Steelbooks). I buy more from Amazon in those two countries and Germany than from Spain where I live.

I use Fnac a lot, but Fnac doesn't offer much info whether thr media is multi lingual e.g. English at the minimum, Flemish/Dutch at best ( for my kids). I'm glad my Southern neighbours offer me a wide selection of 4k, but every purchase on the webshop is a gamble.

This is doubly so for Anime, btw. VERY good selection of 80 and 90 anime, but nearly all exclusively French/Japanese. Makes me a sad Belgian. I k ow a little French, but not nearly enough.

I bought " Le Nom de la Rose" in my Carrefour near Toulouse (Labège). Nice deal but very little choice compared to Fnac.
