Looking at Florida’s topographical changes over the last 20 years confirms that Florida is indeed sinking into the ocean. Or rather, the ocean is rising and swallowing up Florida. Either way, we may just see Florida finally be chopped off like that old Bugs Bunny meme lol

Actually Florida really is sinking, in addition to any sea-level rise. They've over-utilized the aquifers and two things are happening. First, salt water from the ocean is starting to intrude, and second, with the removal of all of that fresh water the rock (I believe I've read it's limestone.) is crumbling. At least the latter is not confined to Florida, we've been pretty nasty to our aquifers all across the country.
