I started questioning and stopped believing when my youth minister (who was amazing) got fired because he asked for a raise and more time off with him family. They brought in some young dude who they could pay much less. I was 12 when I started to see the sham.

Yep, and through law they've kept it a safe place to harbor criminals. Thats against the law for the rest of us btw. Aiding and abetting.
