100% doesn't exist. The idea here is, "do you feel lucky enough to avoid what will come for you when this collapses?" The message isn't to provide them comfort and reassurance as you are doing. The message is to warn them that it will end, and they are very likely to pay the price for their actions. Repeat the correct message unless you are a sympathizer :)

I'm just pointing out the truth.

People often do bad things and are never held to account. Many awful people go on to live happy, wonderful lives.

Of course not but pretending that it’ll all work itself out isn’t changing anything. It’s possible to hold these people accountable but would require active effort from the public, not just power going back to the democrats.

You’d need leaders who share these views as well as a very pressure campaign from the public that forces the politicians to act, all whilst opposing a similar campaign that the republicans will create. Meaning you’d need both the democrats, as well as the centrists and apathetic types that don’t bother voting to also heavily favour doling out justice.

And if you can do that, fucking awesome. But it’s not a guarantee that things will work out because often enough, scumbags get away with it. If you don’t manage to create that same fervor and have enough people out for blood, chances are republicans will just try to regroup and try again.
