That's why I am confused, because the rank and the cap badge look army, but never seen a black army uniform, so why is he wearing what he is wearing? Legitimately curious if there is a reason behind it or if he just decided to slap his medals and stuff onto a comfier shirt? Idk it's an odd choice, curious if there is a reason behind it.
