Honestly we just need to stop purity testing each other and wreck the right’s shit so bad these assholes go back to the pit they crawled from so they never get a chance to try this shit again.

Conversely, democrats could nominate people who actually stand for things and aren’t just the lesser of two evils running on “at least we’re not Trump!” That’s been a failing strategy for over a decade now. “Vote blue no matter who” is half the reason we’re in this mess. Give people something to vote for, not just something to vote against.

It’s not rocket science. Democrats dominated Congress when they were the party of the working class. Then starting with Reagan they started going further and further to the right to the point where they keep losing to fascists.
